LNG factory

       Raw natural gas comes from pipeline or well gas, etc. It is treated for a series handle such as pressurization, decarburization, dehydration, dehydrocarbon, and finally enters cold box for cryogenic liquefaction to LNG.

       LNG can be used as urban gas supplement, fuel or raw material for industrial users

(such as power plants and fertilizer plants), and fuel for LNG heavy trucks, LNG buses and other vehicles. Recovery and change natural gas to LNG can create significant economic benefits.

 

    1.Minimize installation works on site

✓ The process unit is constructed of several skid units.
✓ All the equipment, pipes, valves, instrumentation, electrical components are integrated in the
skid.
✓ All equipment, pipes, valves, instrument installation and all welding work shall be completed in
the workshop.
✓ The pipes between skids are connected by flanges.
✓ It not only improves the installation efficiency,
but also reduces the installation and inspection costs.

 

     Minimal requirements :

   1.Remove vegetation, sand and gravel, and pad

it with undisturbed soil for about 200~300mm.

   2.Plate a raincloth before the skid is lifted in place.
